4. My BP is usually 110/80

and usually my family dies from cancer, not heart disease. It just pisses me off that the FDA gave these food companies a loophole by allowing them to claim 0 Trans Fats if their product contained less than 1/2 gram of trans fat. Silly me, when I pick up a package of Jello pudding and it says zero trans fat, I take that at face value. Now I find out that is not the case, the puddings do contain hydrogenized fats.
