4. There isn't going to be a correction or reworking of Obamacare to take credit for.

Republicans will offer delay or repeal only. Democrats might be able to introduce legislation in the Senate that would "let people keep their old plans" (in reality this would be a delay in some of the requirements of coverage) but the House won't go along with it, especially if it requires funding.
