of ideas and input, but know they will never be publicly held accountable--and can walk away with no repercussions. (I distrust Ben Rhodes for the same reason--influential on Obama's foreign policy, but who the fuck is he?) Sebelius was a governor, and the Secretary, so she certainly knew she would be a public face of success or failure--I doubt she would have kept the President in the dark knowingly.
