76. Next step: Change the state legislature, tackle gerrymandering

Nov 2013

We are one of those states where Dems got many more votes than Reps did in recent elections, but the majority of Congresspeople from VA are Republicans, because of gerrymandering.

We need the Howard Dean approach again.
