Those who claim Francis supports gay rights are not being honest at all. They speak falsely, and that is hurtful and harmful to the people who Francis attacks. He calls same sex marriage 'a destructive attack on God' plan' and yet some here claim he speaks in favor of gay couples. That is unacceptable.

Who is doing the actual 'hating on' others? All I ask of Francis and his followers is that they stop trash talking my family and leave us alone. What they say about us is seriously vile.
You can have your own opinion, but you don't get to make up your own facts. Folks on DU need to stop claiming falsely that Francis is in favor of equality.
