wish i could have given more. you and your mom need to start doing some COLLECTING from those deadbeats!
if i was in SF i'd volunteer to get on the phone with them myself...

i must also say, i am so sorry she's going through such a bad time. remind her that she is not the crazy one: this world, this country, republicans, off the rails. things that do not seem to make sense really don't make sense; we are a sick nation at this point in time. all the best to a quick recovery and some peace of mind.
