Because many insurance companies are pulling out of the individual market, or leaving states entirely. So the President announcing that he is going to fix it so you can keep your plan, will be portrayed as another lie. Then the news stories will not be the good intentions of the President, or the vision of President Obama. The news stories will be the habitual lies told by the President.
Prepare for months of negative news stories on the Democratic Party, and a big loss in 2014.

I think million or so people impacted will look at their coverage and decide ACA/Exchange is better.
