Councillor Minnan-Wong had been one of Ford's biggest backers, up until the past few days.
He's now joined most other Councillors in turning his back on the Mayor, whenever Ford gets up to speak in Council.
There are 3 special council meetings scheduled for tomorrow and Monday, which will basically strip Ford of all his decision-making powers. By Tuesday, Ford might be Mayor in name only. Royson James posted a good summary late today:
