where the Lakota I knew were but my brother didn't want to risk the possible violence with gangs back in 2009.. Gangs is a problem, but I really prefer to help out the Lakota. and the fact is they are constantly breaking treaty here and thats beyond illegal. someone will get hurt eventually. and I'm fairly sure it ain't the stupid cops
