A good scalp massage with coconut oil mixed with rosemary oil (essential oil) might help you. If you don't like rosemary, the coconut oil might help. Some people have success doing what's called "no-poo," which is a shampoo free way to wash the hair. You use baking soda and vinegar. Some folks have a lot of luck with it. I tried it and if I do it now and again, it keeps my hair looking super pretty and soft. However, if I do it long term it gets gross.

Another suggestion is reducing gluten or going gluten free? I've read that suggestion here and there in regards to dandruff.

I know you've probably hear a ton of dandruff cures, but I figured I would throw that out there, just in case.

Otherwise, rock the snow!

Don't get me started on the lack of insurance coverage for dermatology.
