as posted on DU, it was one of her advisers, a former Goldman Sachs employee, who helped author the thing. On edit: I see he just helped her do some pro-business touring. The authoring is attributed to Clinton.

As the saying goes, there (usually) is no way to vote against the interests of the Vampire Squid Goldman-Sachs. That's why I have this sig line now.
