10. Good for them. Those tests are a waste of time and money.

They really seem to stress teachers out, too. We'll probably never get colleges to stop requiring ACT and SAT, but I think all the standardized tests have an overall negative effect on teachers and students during grade school. They seem to be requiring them more often these days, but the schools don't seem to be getting any better.
