But joking aside, it might work, but it would have to be set up very carefully. Because Republicans are just going to lie and use scare tactics, and if they aren't called on them, than Obama might well be at a disadvantage.

In particular if they are going to use examples of "real" Americans hurt by Obamacare or "real" companies shutting down because of Obamacare, than they need to provide those in fact so they can be fact checked.
