15. Not Sure What He Is Talking About
Fri Nov 15, 2013, 07:49 PM
Nov 2013

Just this afternoon I went through the process up to the final enrollment step for my daughter. I had the site crash on me 8-9 times. It does not save data after hitting "save" in most cases. Data does not always track properly, i.e., I could not input the correct address information -- it substituted historical address information instead. It even threw me into a loop that ended in a crash when I did attempt to correct the address data. When thrown into these loops it was necessary to re-input data previously "saved". It even started with inputting her User ID. The lower case letters were all converted to upper case and I discovered that when I went through the "forgot User ID" process and, no, I did not have caps lock on.

From where I sit, the problems are still massive so is this guy talking about what they are encountering in their beta testing? It sure isn't the case for those using the web site today. Not even close. Indeed, it is hard to imagine that it was even worse several days ago.
