5. How could they not know before?

I find that to be pretty condescending to assume they were so brain dead to not know about the health exchanges that have been advertised and talked about for years.

Either the law means what it says or it doesn't. When it comes time to pick up the can, they'll just kick it again for another reason.

Right now they are valuing the perfect over the good.
