is far from perfect; but honestly ... it is simplistic and sensible enough to use on folks making that argument to STFU ... at least until they think it through.

And for those quick enough to make the cable/a la cart argument, the follow up is the same as in the cable/a la cart argument ... it is the packaging of channels that make the most desirable channels affordable. (whether that is true or not, is immaterial because that is/has been the winning cable/a la cart answer)
