4. How could it be in jeopardy?

It would take Obama signing off on a repeal for it to be in serious jeopardy and that ain't happening. So, Republicans want to try and repeal in 2017 - roughly three years from now?

By that point, I'm guessing most everything will be running smoothly and people will like it. Even then, that requires them winning the White House and control of the Senate.

Neither is close to a given.

Certainly not close enough to say it's in jeopardy.
