The charge is aggravated assault with a weapon, doesn't mention that she's pregnant. Though I don't know if that would be mentioned.

I read somewhere that when the victim is pregnant the charge is upgraded and automatically becomes more serious than a DV.

Thanks for posting the Seminole County link -- really nice to see his mug in jail.
