They should take a page from WWII.
This one's from a fictionalized version, The Bridge Over the River Kwai, in which Col. Saito wants his POWs to "be happy in your work." Of course, the not so subtle follow on to that is, ". . . or die."
Then there are the words that appeared at the gates to many (all?) German Concentration Camps: Arbeit Macht Friei. Work Makes You Free. Ummm. . . Yeah, right.
Because that's what it's really about these days.
