someone stole their shopping cart. People do it every day. Homeless people use those carts. What makes this goober think it is ok to destroy what belongs to Fred Meyer, Safeway, Kroeger...whatever?

What the fuck is his reelection slogan: Bash a cart, cure homelessness!
