Senate Republicans have now decided to usurp the Constitutional powers of the Presidency by not allowing him to appoint any judges.

Extremist Republicans will probably go nuclear anyway if they ever get control of the Senate so they can bulldoze through their wildest dreams--including stacking the courts with the likes of Scalia, Thomas, Alito, and Roberts. That's what the filibuster was *supposed* to prevent when used responsibly.

Might as well get rid of or modify the filibuster now and appoint some decent judges.

It all makes me
