23. Well, they've called President Obama everything under the sun at every end of the spectrum.

And they can't even recognize the contradictions. The same person will call him weak and dictatorial all in the same breath. The major mistake is in expecting them to talk sense, as they haven't any.

I like what one poster said recently about what to do when RWers start popping off: Lean in and say, well I plan on voting for him in 2016 too, because y'know he's already fixed it so he can have a third term....

By now in this tiny RedNeck MidWest bump in the road excuse for a town, I've pretty much taught the loudest teabaggers to keep their distance from me. But the next time one of them does buttonhole me, I think I'll say, "You'll be begging for President Obama to come back when we elect VAN JONES!" It will take the bagger a moment to place Van Jones, but then the light will come on and you can count on a real freakout. Yes, that's playing with fools but they're asking for it.

BTW, I think you struck the perfect balance of righteous anger. Those unspeakable windbags can't be allowed to dominate conversations unopposed. It might seem that you're only defending blacks, but what you're really doing is standing up for justice for all, because you seem to be a very honest person. I admire and appreciate that.
