this is why he is still playing. that whole saga and the way it played out and ended has damaged women to no end when it comes to sexual assault by athletes. if FSU suspends him without even charges filed, they open themselves up to tremendous lawsuits. once charges are brought, the story changes and i believe he will be suspended.

i don't know much about the story except what i have read this morning... but it doesn't look good...
