Boycott his advertisers, try to get him off the air, yes. Even a civil lawsuit (hard as it may be to win) should be on the table.

But a criminal prosecution? That is doomed to fail and I don't want talk show hosts criminally prosecuted for the things they say on the air. That won't end well. Just imagine a future president Mitt Romney having Michael Moore or Ed Schultz thrown in jail for "seditious" speech or something like that.

This is taking our eyes off the ball.
