3. So Article 1 of the constitution states...

"Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behavior, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a member."

I wonder if democrats could bring up a vote to expel Radel and then watch Republicans try to defend him. Or at least "punish" him, though I have no idea what kind of punishments they can impose.
