... the DC Circuit Court of Appeals has jurisdiction over nearly all of the executive branch of the Federal Government of the United States (i.e. the Obama Administration, including EPA, FBI, DoD, HHS, OSHA, etc.--i.e. a lot of Federal regulations that affect the entire country). It will be good to get some liberals appointed to this Court.
