we all know its grits or cheese grits. And cheese grits are for fried fish - cornmeal breading of course - Georgia ribbon fish (fried salt pork bacon) - hush puppies (Dixie Lily mix/chopped onion and cream corn) and potatoes (fried or chips but both homemade). The Fish - if you like fish then its mullet, specks, catfish (and none of that farm raise crap) or bluegills. All fried outside on a converted lead smelter - throwing enough BTUs to cause local climate change.
