So you do think the Chicago Tribune was faking it in 1939. I would post a picture of the front page for that date but I don't know how to post non-internet pictures on DU posts. If you don't know about Ruby's mob connections you have done no research on him.

If you doubt it you can go down to your local library and ask to see the Chicago Tribune. If they don't have it they can easily get it with the inter-library loan program.
