3. Oswald was witnessed firing the assassination weapon by multiple people

At least one witness got a good enough look at Oswald to give a description to the authorities.

The assassination happened at the Texas School Book Depository because that is where Oswald worked. It was a crime of opportunity. It was extremely easy to pull off.
