FOX listener thought she was pointing out the top ten percent pays the taxes and I reminded her [View all]
The top ten percent earns more money than the bottom ninety percent but lots of them do not pay a fair share of the taxes. She has been complaining 47% don't pay taxes and of course some of these are in the top ten percent.
