13. What's sad is the fact

that the frackers have hardly any regulations now. We tried to stop them from fracking on our watershed, in Pennsylvania, and could do nothing. They have had plenty of violations since they started their fracking but when they say sorry, we won't do it again, all is forhgotten. I can't imagine how we could make their regulations any looser.
