5. I don't understand the 5 mph thing.

I live in the country as well (beautiful New England) and I have farms all around me as well. If we come up on a tractor with four ways blinking on the roads, we just pass them, double yellow notwithstanding, as they are technically road hazards at those speeds and we can bypass them under law.
