4. She's done well; I'll admit to being sceptical about her appointment in the EU

She seemed to have been a civil service administrator who rose without trace, and got the foreign policy post because no-one wanted any well-known politician to do it. But she's done well at negotiations - Serbia and Kosovo as well as this:

This is a good result, for an ex-treasurer of CND - which was why UKIP and some Tories said she should have never got the EU job.
