29. Is Castro credible? This is a serious question.

I know that he opressed the Cuban people and that he was always an enemy of the United States, but that aside, is he the kind of person who is known to often talk out of his ass (like, say, the Corean dude) or does he have a track record that suggests he is someone that can be taken serious?
