many churches, it seems, have strayed way off course from what I thought religion was about as a kid ... kindness, always helping others, not being prejudice, etc., etc. now, so many seem bigoted, prejudicial and RW, so much, religion to me is becoming a code word for organized hatred. ... and similarly for family values.
