Let's just leave. That tribal country is still living in the 15th century. Even Afghans that live here in the US will not go back to that backwards nation. Going to help in a third world country is one thing but the 15th century.

If stable, the whole country could become a Renaissance Fair tourist attraction. All tourist arriving at Kabul Airport would be required to dress up, give up all electronics, burka for the women, no shaving, eat with your hands, and help with the poppy harvest.
There might be some GOP tourists that would go native and never come back
