But it's the same with rich omnivores vs. poor omnivores as well. They can afford the pricier and healthier foods and better medical care anyway.
It's certainly difficult being in the 99% no matter what.

I can prepare, and cook chicken in about 20 minutes. There is no vegetable that I prepare

If it takes you more than 20 minutes to make most vegetables you're overcooking them.

Yes. I cook vegetables in the microwave (but not dried beans), and it takes me up to an hour
