Think about it. The secret negotiations started a year ago and somehow Obama knew when to set the date to make it happen so that it would be a distraction for the ACA problems. That's amazing how he timed that so perfectly.

That's right up there with him being born in Kenya. His mother never left the USA and somehow he was delivered there.
