6. What I want to know is, when did liberal blogs become a hot site for viral marketing tech products?

Is it when the Democratic Strategist types -- professional bloggers -- told them that sites like DU, Kos, HuffPo, were chock full of well off young technocrats who are easily swayed by advertising from "approved" media outlets?
