3. When Ezra was earlier saying that it was a disaster, had he actually tried it?

Or was he just parroting what Republicans were screaming? It looks like the day after Krugman wrote about the rollout being a disaster he decided to test the site, and found that it was fine. Of course, his reaction wasn't "these problems were a bit overblown," but rather "they may have fixed the disaster (that I never bothered looking into but hey the media was right about the IRS)."
