I debated posting this sad news on Thanksgiving Day, and decided to do it especially today, when most of us are near family and friends. I hope all DU'ers will take the opportunity to treasure these special moments with their loved ones and do as you have so beautifully expressed in your post. The fond memories are what will sustain you, and I get it, 11Bravo. Thank you.

And thank you to everyone for your kind words. They're something I can hold on to in these most difficult times. Our local community response has also been so overwhelming, and we have a tremendous resource to draw from. My son was loved by many and their support will help us through this tremendous loss. I knew my DU community could do the same, and you have. Much love for your responses.
