Getting stressed out will raise your blood pressure and cause negative stress to your heart, increase the cortisone level, cause you to furrow your brow (which can result in deep wrinkles if you do this too often), and could ruin your mood the whole day (or longer if you let it). And al, for what? For what some ignorant person said to you in the laundromat?

Don't do that to yourself. Instead, go for a pleasant walk, smile at children, and play with puppies. Take a nap. Or if it makes you feel better, do something constructive like vacuuming or recycling.
