(150,933 posts)2. Well, for franchise operations, the corporate headquarters is the place.
They're very brand conscious, and try to deal with disappointed customers. Every franchise store reflects on the corporate brand. So, they contact the franchise owners and tell them to fix it.

Just straight ask for "customer loyalty" they are the ones who can actually take care of you..

I've gone through this with them, told them I could only afford bare bones, no movies, etc.
