6. I tried to donate to the Clinitron bed fund, but...

I get a message that there is some problem with the receiver's PayPal account being "restricted". Anyone know what this means and how to get around it? Especially if I can do it with out having to go through PayPal at all. (Even if I try to pay with my own credit card without using PayPal, I get that message.)
