6. and a boon for people who steal packages

delivered while people are at work.

This happened with my new Samsung mobile phone. It was delivered to my son's home (it was his Mothers Day gift to me)

He specifically told Amazon to NOT deliver unless he was home.. and of course their driver just left it on the porch.. Before he could even know it had been stolen, someone racked up over $400 in phone calls (it was sent activated).

It took him 3 months and many hours to get it all settled..

and the kicker? I cannot figure it out I have made exactly 2 calls, and do not even remember the number.. The one call I received, I could not figure out how to answer it
