23. If the writer from Pando whom Greenwald is critiquing has the NSA now

Quoting them, I think it is advisable for Greenwald to alert the public as to whom it is that NSA is using as their source.

Anything else would be negligence.

Greenwald certainly deserves to protect himself from this smear.
