Just because you have access to insurance does not mean that access is the problem or the solve all. Of course insurance does not guarentee good health. Who the hell would think that? It does make it possible to access better health care though. If or how you use it is up to the individual though. Correlation does not equal causation.

So, imo, yes, it is an idiotic piece.
