You can't just move into someone's residence, change the locks and claim it's yours, all of a sudden. Quiet title and adverse possession actions are governed by statutes and case law which establish time and action requirements, which have to be shown to have taken place. I don't understand why this family is being burdened by this crackpot's actions.
