...this should be open and shut wins for DEMS in all states that refuse Medicaid expansion. A campaign with this issue @ it's core, aimed toward its core demographic would produce huge political gains for the DEMS in the south. It seems that the DEMS are having an hard time controlling the narrative of ACA, though.
