how about a map with states that have approved Medicaid expansion - would that not be more appropriate?

Sure - there are states in the South that have not expanded - but also states in the North and Midwest. 25 have approved expansion - exactly 50%

What about Pa, Maine, etc?

And do we need to regionally-insulting comments here? Can't we outgrow that?

btw - I am a from a blue southern state.

on edit - that is just too rich - a person from a state that has not approved expansion of Medicaid criticizing another state for not approving expansion of Medicaid.
